At Roundabout Resale Couture, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury finds; however, due to the unique nature of designer consignment, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and authenticity cards remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Ship the package using a tracked and insured carrier to our flagship location, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Credit

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition matches its original state, a digital store credit voucher will be issued to your account within 3-5 business days.
